   This is far better than any Tikka Masala I've had before. It's full of flavour and the spice blend is surprisingly complex. It's also hotter than I was expecting but that's all to the good as sometimes this dish can be too mild and a bit bland. We'll be ordering more of this excellent spice mix. That's for sure!    I really loved this dish. I find the instructions really easy to follow and I love the authentic taste it gives. I have served it to English friends who are curry buffs and they loved it. I'm afraid I took all the praise and pretended it was of my own making. SORRY.
