   This was the first recipe we tried from an order of several from PacketCurry.com (all of which were good) and it hit every button a good Indian dish should. Could not recommend it more highly and next time we have it it will be as a main course rather than a starter as we just couldn't get enough. Easy to make and really quick, the flavours taste very fresh and authentic to me - not that I have ever been to India! Top marks. Subsequent dishes I found needed the application of common sense in some of the quantities of, for example, water, to be added - proceed with caution. I think maybe some tweaking is needed in the instructions and will try to provide feedback in the future to help, but perhaps I'm the only who found this. (Posted on 22/09/2009)
