   This is a truly amazing curry, comparable to one cooked by a professional chef in a restaurant. The flavours burst through with no hint of harshness and the aromatic sauce seeps deep into the meat. I can't recommend the lamb curry highly enough.    I live in France and Lamb is very dear, too expensive to put in a curry. I substituted a 14 week old home grown chicken reared by us instead. The result was a tasty, succulent, authentic tasting curry worthy of an Indian restaurant. I served it with Garlic Nan, yoghurt and Pompadoms, all that was missing was the Indian Music. When the Euro picks up again against the pound I shall certailnly be ordering many more. Thank you for the experience. (Posted on 21/09/2009)
