   I don't normally interfere in the kitchen. A traditional Englishman with a French wife would have to be very confident - which I am not. However, off my own bat, I ordered three curries to try out although I wasn't at all sure what i was ordering! My wife was somewhat scathing, but nevertheless bought the various ingredients - and contrary to all her instincts based on long experience, simply followed the directions. All three that we ordered turned out to be just what we had missed during the 16 years we have lived in France. Another six different ones were ordered and arrived today.    This Butter Chicken mix is just divine, gorgeously spicy but not overpowering. Full of flavour, it really has all the taste of a top class Indian restaurant!
