About Chicken KarahiThe favorite of Nawabs, this rich gravy has succulent, juicy boneless pieces of chicken with a tangy, piquant taste. Prepared easily when the contents of this packet are mixed with chicken, water and curd (plain yogurt). Cooking instructions1. In a cooking pan, sauté 100g of peppers and 100g of onion (both cut into dices) in 1 tablespoon (15g) of butter on a medium heat for 1 minute. Keep it aside. 2. Whisk the entire contents of this packet with 300ml. of water and 100g of fresh plain yoghurt in a bowl to form a smooth mixture. 3. In a frying pan, sauté 400g of boneless chicken (small pieces) in 15g of butter until it turns golden brown. Add the mixture from the bowl and cook until the sauce becomes thick. 4. Add 50g of fresh single or double cream and bring to the boil. Add the sautéd peppers and onions and mix well.
