About Tandoori Chicken

Restaurant quality Tandoori Chicken is now available by the packet. This is a traditional favorite in India and is perhaps the most popular Indian dish all over the world. Make tandoori chicken tonight by adding the contents of this packet with chicken and curd (plain yogurt).

Cooking instructions

1. Whisk entire contents of this packet and 100g plain yoghurt to form a smooth mixture.

2. Apply this mixture to 600g of chicken and grill it on a medium heat, turning regularly until the chicken is cooked.

Note. Instead of grilling, the chicken can also be cooked in a pan til it is well done (17 - 20 minutes).

Tip. For better results, marinate the chicken with lemon juice (half a lemon) for 15- 20 minutes.
