Cooking instructions

1. Whisk the entire contents of this packet with 3 cups (450ml) of hot water in a bowl to form a smooth mixture.

2. In a frying pan, saute 400g of lamb or chicken in 1tbsp. of oil until the excess water evaporates and the lamb or chicken starts turning golden brown.

3. Add the mixture from the bowl and cook until the sauce becomes thick and the lamb or chicken is tender.
