Apply this mixture to 350g to 400g of fish slices (of your choice). Heat 2 tsp. of oil in a non-stick frying pan. 3. Place the fish slices and cook on a low heat for 4-5 minutes. Turn the slices over and shallow fry for another 3-4 minutes until the fish is tender. Chef's Tip For better results, marinate the fish for 30 minutes after applying the mixture. 500g of prawns can also be used instead of fish in the recipe.
